Megan was born in Geraldton and
grew up in Albany and Perth.
After
leaving school Megan completed a Business Course and entered the workforce as
an office administrator. Megan has worked in various industry sectors including
hospitality, clothing and furniture retail and manufacturing within Europe,
Indonesia and Australia.
After several years of travelling
and working overseas and varied experiences, she became a founding director of
MPL, and in her roles as the Financial and HR manager and assisted in the
establishment of several business investments, agencies and joint ventures over
the year. She also assisted with the
successful listing of the company on the ASX (Australian Stock Exchange).
Megan has a beautiful family,
hubby, son and daughter and pet dog a King Charles Cavalier, and they have
enjoyed regular bush and beach camping holidays as often as they can, and like
to travel overseas when possible. She
would love to return to Europe and further.
Megan was an avid Netball player
(in her day), and continues her interest in the game through her daughter,
coaching and managing. She enjoys a good social life, meeting new people,
cooking (and eating) good food and wine, and is a mean pool player - all of
which goes nicely together!
Megan enjoys working in an office
environment and looks after the Accounting and Payroll functions for Go
Workabout. She is truly is a crucial member of the GW team - if it weren't for her, nobody would get paid!
