Chef de Partie and Comis Chef wanted for Festive Season

Job Overview

We are seeking qualified and experienced chefs (various levels) for a popular beachfront restaurant located in the picturesque Margaret River region during the Festive Season.



Your role

  • Preparing breakfast / lunch / dinner
  • Ensuring your work stations are kept clean
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Station management including order food and supplies and cut down on kitchen waste
  • General kitchen duties


Our Requirements:

  • Qualification for Comis or Chef de Partie
  • Minimum of 1-2 year experience in a similar role
  • Neat, clean and professional presentation
  • Passion for food and strong team player
  • Excellent work ethics and English skills
  • Own knives (advantageous) and chef uniform (unless requested otherwise)
  • Own work (safety) boots, preferably leather with non-slip soles
  • Commitment and availability to work from now until mid January
