Before we started doing business with Go Workabout, staffing in the hospitality industry was a nightmare.
We had to manage more than 5 staff houses, a bus, bus driver, to ferry staff to and from the resort to their accommodation!
Seasonal fluctuations, staff housing and transport to look after was so time consuming and a big distraction for my management team!
We sat down with Go Workabout and developed a strategy to alleviate these staffing issues,
now I have one mobile phone number to deal with and I know that I am going to get anything from good to brilliant.
The relationship is in its 5th year now, and we only source our long term permanent staff internally, (
and some of these are Go Workabout’s staff coming on full time), we leave the rest of the staffing to them.
We have very high standards, being a 5 star resort, and I am confident that the quality of staff in our establishment
has only been lifted as our relationship with Go Workabout has evolved. |
